Hi. I'm Kaitlyn.

I am a graduate student at Kent State University pursing a Masters of Emerging Media and Technology. As of February 2024, I oversee community engagement, club team management, player and student staff management, and social media as president of Kent State Esports. As of October 2025, I am the team manager for SaD Esports- a VALORANT Challengers team. I oversee day to day operations that include being the primary point of contact between tournament officials, tournament participation and registration, scrim quality and type. I am looking for work within esports social media, team or player management, and/or community activation. I am open to relocation and prepared for any travel.
